Dwayne has been the lead pastor of Wellspring Church since 2007. He planted it in Charlotte, NC. As a Board Member of Acts 29 Network he is Director for Pastoral Care. As well as pastoring Dwayne has a passion for training the next generation of biblical counselors. He serves as a board director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is an author of several online pieces, and also a contributor to Christ-centered biblical counseling changing lives by embracing God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne was married to Leslie. The couple has three children.
